Please read the following policy: If you feel you can meet these requirements, it will make your home minding experience as smooth as possible. Failure to meet these requirements may result in denial of service. Failure to disclose any departures from these requirements may result in extra charges post sit.

Pre-sit information: Documentation: necessary information regarding all aspects of your sit will be required and documented. This information is dealt with in line with GDPR. Pre-sit visit arranged following receipt of documentation and review. For a sit to proceed, further documentation will be requested (vaccination record, microchip information etc).
Expectations on arrival: Cleaning - your house will be returned in the same condition as received, we are not a cleaning service. We clean the areas we use during the sit only. Vacuum cleaner empty or new bag, available and in good working order; Bin(s) empty (please advise if bin collection day coincides with your time away.) Kitchen - Appliances (oven, microwave, hob, fridge/freezer) in clean, safe working orderl; please provide an empty fridge and freezer shelf and bottle space; Bathroom - functioning, safe and clean; please provide an empty towel peg and wash space; Bedroom - Environment clean and clutter free with functional curtains and/or blinds; if the mattress and pillows are stained, please provide protective covers only - all other linen will be . Animal poop - please ensure all poop picked up pre-sit. Safety - Fully tested and working smoke and (if appropriate) carbon monoxide detectors.
Post-sit: We can welcome you home or leave your key in a safe place or with a neighbour. We'll send you a post sit evaluation via email
